Careers at Formvale
Two distinct paths. One disciplined standard for the people who guide and support the residential process.
Formvale is a Florida residential real estate brokerage built around preparation, clarity, and professional continuity. We welcome interest from licensed agents seeking a structured advisory practice and from non-licensed professionals whose work supports the client experience.
Every role at Formvale sits within one of two tracks.
Licensed advisory work and non-licensed professional support are distinct practices. Each has its own responsibilities, boundaries, and standards of accountability.
Licensed Advisory Professionals
Active Florida-licensed professionals who represent clients and carry the advisory relationship from the first conversation through closing.
Explore the Advisory Track ↓Non-Licensed Professional Support
Operational, administrative, hospitality, and marketing professionals who provide the structure behind a prepared client experience.
Explore the Support Track ↓A culture built around preparation, structure, and professional care.
A composed residential experience depends on more than activity. It requires accurate follow-through, professional warmth, sound judgment, and respect for process.
Whether representing a client or preparing the work that supports that representation, every person associated with Formvale is expected to be prepared, disciplined, and quietly reliable.
For agents who practice with precision.
Formvale is designed for licensed Florida real estate professionals who bring discipline, market fluency, and quiet confidence to residential representation.
Licensed professionals work within a structured framework centered on client readiness, residential alignment, new-construction guidance, careful documentation, and continuity from introduction through closing.
- Represent clients within Formvale’s structured residential process from initial consultation through closing.
- Coordinate builder registration, scheduled visits, community comparisons, and new-home opportunities.
- Evaluate residential options through market context, client priorities, timing, and readiness.
- Maintain organized communication, documentation, and professional follow-through.
- Uphold Formvale’s standards across every interaction, handoff, and client record.
Requirements: active, unrestricted Florida real estate license in good standing with the DBPR; alignment with Formvale’s service and documentation standards; comfort working within a structured environment; and experience or a strong interest in residential buyer representation and new construction.
Support that keeps the process organized, prepared, and cared for.
Formvale considers non-licensed professionals for operational, administrative, hospitality, coordination, and marketing support under proper brokerage supervision.
These opportunities suit people who value organized systems, calm communication, and consistent follow-through. Non-licensed professionals support the environment around the advisory relationship without performing licensed real estate activity.
- Operations support and internal workflow coordination.
- Client experience and guest welcome support.
- Administrative support, scheduling, and appointment coordination.
- Marketing and social media support aligned with the Formvale tone.
- Listing preparation assistance and organized asset tracking.
Non-licensed opportunities may include:
Operations Support
Internal workflow coordination, systems support, and follow-through that help the brokerage operate with clarity.
Client Experience Support
Warm, professional support for client communication, intake preparation, and the overall service environment.
Guest Welcome Coordination
Hospitality-based support for approved appointments, arrivals, and composed client-facing experiences.
Administrative Support
Scheduling, organized records, documentation tracking, and consistent administrative follow-through.
Marketing / Social Media Support
Brand-aligned content support, social coordination, and marketing assistance with discretion and aesthetic awareness.
Listing Preparation Assistance
Operational support for listing preparation, materials coordination, and workflow support under brokerage direction.
Two tracks, one clear line.
The distinction between advisory and support work is essential. A clear licensing boundary protects the client, the professional, and the brokerage.
Advisory Standard
Formvale requires an active, unrestricted Florida real estate license issued by the DBPR for every advisory-track professional. Licensed agents represent clients, negotiate on their behalf, and advise on price and terms.
Support Standard
Non-licensed professionals do not provide real estate advice, negotiate, show property independently, discuss pricing or terms, or interpret contracts. Their role is operational, administrative, or hospitality-based, under proper brokerage supervision.
Good fit matters more than urgency.
Formvale is built around people who understand that professional service should be prepared, thoughtful, and accountable.
Preparation before reaction
We value readiness and a disciplined approach before pressure enters the process.
Structure before movement
Organized work creates a calmer experience for clients, colleagues, and professional partners.
Professional care before pressure
Care, discretion, and follow-through guide the work before urgency takes over.
